It may be "doable", but there's no advantage. Everything on the Camaro platform is designed for the weight and chassis dynamics of that particular car. The truck stuff is heavy duty for a reason. C10 trucks utilize narrower frame rails with longer control arms, so the ball joints and spindles actually take alot more load than "car" spindles. Therefore, the spindle/hub assembly won't handle the stress the truck chassis will put on it, which means you'll be spending more money down the road constantly replacing spindles and hubs and possibly fixing sheetmetal that the loose wheel tore up.
