You pretty much need to take the bedsides off and remove the bed floor to do it. Some of the cross members are interchangeable. The rear seat seatbelt mounting plate that’s under neath can transfer over if it’s still in decent condition. Once you start taking things apart you find lots of other rust to fix. It depends how much you want to get into it and what the end goal is with the truck
