they have their purpose, on rides that already have plenty of ground clearance but want that super low look when parked. used this way people put bumpstops to actually limit the travel so you dont hit a bump and break the integral shock.

but laying out on the frame, they just dont have enough stroke to get a frame off the ground and still have suspension.

Its some dynamite stuff, but if you want to lay your frame on the ground and raise to drive, you need a setup with more travel. I've never seen a bagged c4 myself.
