Re: budget air ride
In my opinion there is no such thing as a budget air ride unles you want it to ride like crap and eat tires.
You need all the stuff a good static drop needs except air bags in the place of coil spring.
Quality drop shocks, shock relocaters, an adjustable track bar, drop spindles and lowering blocks to help keep the ride height low, etc.
You can however save some money by running a manual valve system to air up the bags.
But you need to control all the bags individually.
A good sway bar up front helps a lot too. You
