1). What you have planned.
2). Fuel line cutoff (easy to do with in-cab tank).
3). Coil switch.
4). Brake jack (available online).
5). Back up/pull up to immovable object, shift into gear towards that object, remove shift lever.
6). Drive badly rusted truck.
7). Device that has to be pushed while turning key (like a manual throttle knob).
