64 GMC Axle swap questions.

Hi all,

I have a 64 GMC 4x4, that is a resto-mod project.

It currently has Dana 44 axles with closed knuckles and drum brakes. I have the front and rear axles from an 86 K5 Blazer. From poking around here and on other sites I understand that the front axle is pretty much a bolt in swap that will give me disc brakes up front.

However, I'm starting to pull my hair out over said brakes.

I have this style master cylinder, and want to go with a dual diaphragm brake booster from Tuff Stuff.

I'd like to run an adjustable proportioning valve, and am starting to go crazy trying to find things that will make all of this work (based on brake line sizes).

Looking for suggestions on prop valves, distribution blocks, or even different master cylinders and boosters that will work.

I'd like to stick with a dual diaphragm booster though, because I'm using a Captain Fab bracket for a trans swap, and the spacing between the brake booster and clutch master seems tight.

Thanks for any input!
