Maybe I should have said this for a drive shaft that still installed in the truck or car.
(because If you measurement with the drive shaft on the Truck or Car from center to center yokes will not be the same as off truck or car).

But if you take out your drive out or have it out to measure it. both ways work as long as you double check your both measurement.

and 6inch tall is about 3 inch shorter than his? how does that work? are you using a two part shaft or one part shaft.

Duel 77-87 Factory air cleaner, duel inlet from rad support . Down sized 9' to new 8' Steel flat bed Was a 77 454 w/308 gear. Taken out 550 lbs. up front with motor clip change.
