Ya thats the shifter I need to get ( hee hee ya right ) and I was stupid to buy this one let alone I messed up in buying the tranny that had the weird ears on the left side instead of the one that will bolt onto an 60s bellhousing which would have been better for me hence all the fabricating I had to do to make an bracket strap assembly .
The good news is if I pull this off with no F ups , many others can benefit in that they can use their original 60s bell housing - old starter pateren , cross member and fork assembly all in tact .
It will at least make many other possible MY6 installs instead of not finding one of the rare ones .
