Oddly enough ABQ has a world class auto gauge restoration shop that works on high pebble beach type restorations. I took my old cable in and they built it using really nice British made speedo cable and correct looking ends for $65. I can roll the cable up into a tight coil easy. Same shop converted the mechanical oil gauge in my 72 k20 to an electronic sender maintaining the correct needle etc so it looks identical from the driver seat. Another member just had them fix a tach for his 72 k20.

Shoot me a pm if I can facilitate anything locally.
