most of those leaks were basically simple to fix. rocker covers were more than likely over tightened to much somewhere over the years and has to be straightened. Same with the oil pan. oil filter is more than likely gasket( still crap in the gasket ring) or the small gasket needs replacing. the can may have been whacked on the edge perhaps causing a problem. . the motor one takes a bit more, but you stated that the engine was rebuild, so someone didn't put the rear seal in properly. let them fix it. who ever rebuilt the eng and put it together should have known to straighten the tin also
