As far as I know, all the Dodge, F*rd and GM steel wheels all have approximately 4.5" backspacing. It's not till you get to the 88 and newer GM steelies that the backspacing is more which makes the wheels look really tucked in.
So are you going back to an 8 lug setup? If you're not the wheel selection 16'" with 5 lugs will be pretty limited.
