Could the black wire from the horn relay have anything to do with this? I have a constant draw also that I have not been able to solve and believe that may be related to the horn relay, so I was wondering if both problems could be related, pointing to a problem with the horn relay? I read a thread on here today about a member having a constant draw issue that turned out to be the relay.

The horn relay in these trucks only work the horn. Is the horn working when you hit the horn button? Disconnect the horn out under the hood and see if it stops are take the relay wires off see if it stops the draw.
Are you talking about the lamp in the dash is coming on when you hit the brake pedal? If so pull the cluster out and check the printed circuit good. Look at the light bulbs circuit. I just had to fix mine.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
