I would start back there then. Take the harness loose at the water connector on drivers side frame rail the last connector and take your test light and check it. If it's back feeding through to the front lights are a wire is swapped.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
