Got the truck moving a little with a make-shift throttle cable, and decided that was good enough. Before I start driving it, I needed to take care of the hole in the driver side floor pan and may as well replace the inner and outer rockers while I'm pulling it all apart.
So far, I've cut a bunch of rust out, but haven't gotten the chance to put it all back together. I'm still trying to determine if it's even worth the time and effort to replace the metal, or just look for a new cab. I found a cab with all doors and glass for $150 locally, but I couldn't get to it in time due to the seller just beating around the bush for 3 days straight before he finally told me it was sold. Still on the hunt for a new cab, but the ones that are available are in far worse shape than mine.
