I always thought that was wierd.
The people at POR-15 told me if wire brushed all the rust off the frame I should let it rust again then use metal prep, and then paint with POR-15.
I guess it needs something to bond with.
Has anyone used their caliper paint?
I thinking of a step notch instead of a c-notch.
