"that´s really simple , put the tank under the frame , put the metal straps in place and bolt on the straps on the left side of the frame , on the right side of the frame drill two holes in the underside of the frame , drill upside two larger holes in the frame (see pic #2,it shows the passenger side with the two larger holes), put the bolt from the straps thru the frame on the right side and put the fasteners thru the frame on the bolts ! DONE!!!!!!"

Huh?

I think I need to see a close up of the bolts/holes!
