So... lets talk about the good things that happened this weekend.

I got a 3rd fender rolled... only one to go! Wohoo!

For some reason, this one cracked paint like crazy. Even using a heat gun didn't help. It chipped almost all the way to the fender edge. No big deal, it's going to be covered anyway. But I can't leave it that way, so I sanded it down, feathered in the cracked edge, taped it off, epoxy primed, and sprayed black.
