i use the 73 up axles on all my trucks but you need to use the spindles from the 73 up too. 73 up are machined on the inside to accept the rubber flapper dust seal, your 72s aren't machined since they use a "pound in" seal. if you have any ????? shoot me a call and i'll explain it more better. i talk much better than i type
