Well, the hecho in mexico thing is a little disappointing. Didn't know that. I was going to suggest the GM crate engine as well. About $1,600 (I've been checking around, apparently they've gone up about $150 in the past year) and you'll have good horsepower and the warranty Tx mentioned. I still plan on getting one for my truck.
