Hartrod thank's for the input.
I checked all the functions of the switch (stated in your post) and all work correctly.
When I tried to "set" the cruise I was going 60mph and it would not set.
I will go and reinstall the relay (removed when I installed the resistors) and wire it back in and check it out once more and see if the cruise will work.
Just for reference I have the TCC signal, brake light switch all wire correctly and working properly.
