Drop coil springs will be the cheapest way. If your current springs are old and worn out, its possible you might not notice a difference in height, or the drop springs could even raise it a little. Depends on the condition of your springs. You could also go with drop spindles. Most are a 2 1/2" drop and you can use your stock height springs with them.
