I think the slave cylinder would have to be replaced, like spudz posted, if you haven't already. Probably cheaper than all the fluid you would be going through.
I'm thinking that maybe Seafoam would be more effective in cleaning the fuel system. Scroll down and it shows how to clean the injectors, etc.
