JerseyGirl, ALL ATMs i have seen have cameras. The bank knows what time they withdrawls were done, and can look at the video and see it wasnt you.. granted its 1/2 way across the country, but someone body has to own the ATM and has the video for it. Though i dont know how long the keep the video for certain days. Also if you can verify that you werent in Cali at that time, you will also have a strong case. Good Luck and if your bank doesnt help you and blows this off... go else where. I bank with a credit union and maybe it just the fact i have been there for many years... but they go out of thier way to help. again.. good luck..
