I'm just north of Sacramento. Out in the country.

I'm off to Harbor Freight for some cheap brushes for POR-15, and some gloves.

Then it's time to start the c-notch.
I found that if you use the sponge brushes from HF to apply POR-15, it will flow pretty good.
