My friend recently bought a 40 truck with a 235 in it. It too was setting in the weather and had water in it. We drained and filled the oil, put WD 40 in the cylinder, new points and plugs. It started right up and ran perfect. My 62 looked much like yours when I got it and I did the same thing to it and it ran perfect. I hope you have the same luck with yours!
