WE have a concrete guy like that (throws fits).
He's the grandson of ole Raymond I mentioned earlier.
He will just blow up, and go into a mad rage if any little thing goes wrong.
He doesn't manage his money, and it's everybody else's fault.
I ran him out of the office more than once.
My son in law finally blackballed him.
