I would get a friend and a hose then dive under the dash with a good light. I would bet there are holes in the cowl that are the culprits. So have the friend slowly move the hose around the cowl vent area while you watch for water. It can come in from the top or the side. The driver side is easier view unless you pull the jockey box.
