The pulley is bolted to the damper. Remove the three bolts & you can see the rubber between the outer ring. You remove it with apuller that uses The bolt holes. Do not pull from the outer edge of the damper. You will destroy it. It is hammered back on. Some guys drill & tap the end of the crank so it can be pulled on. Then a thick flat washer & bolt can be installed to make sure it doesn't come off.
