The Eaton's came with 11". The drum I.D. will be cast on the drum itself. When measuring rear brakes, measure the I.D. of the drum as well as the depth, or width of the pad. You can convert to the 13" brakes found on 1973+ GM trucks. They are easier to find parts for.
