do all automatics have a t.v. cable
do all automatic transmissions have t.v. cables like the 7004r does?

No. Only overdrive trannys...and even then, the newer ones don't. The 700 R4 and the 200 4R are really the only two.
The TH 350 has a kick down or detent cable, and from the driverrs seat it seems like the same thing, but it isn't really the same, it only kicks into passing gear, instead of controlling the oil pressure/supply to the entire tranny. |

you forgot about the throttle pressure on a ford or chrysler that controls the fluid pressure and kickdown
