Time for a locker....
So Screamin is dialed in and I'm pretty happy with the results. My right rear tire is not so happy... Time to lock her up. This is the 355 L31 Vortec I originally built for the Malibu, I pulled the 1.6 RR off for troubleshooting reasons, so she isn't running full lift on the GMPP Hot Cam. Still pretty impressed with the power. As promised here is a short video of tonight's post tune burnout....
Disclaimer: The road I am doing this on is on my private property as I do not condone exhibitions of speed and sound on public roadways.... My neighbors HATE me....

Re: Time for a locker....
She pulls HARD.... There is no way in he77 that I can simply floor it from a stop light, I have to ease into it and even then she'll break loose at a rollin 25. Tires are 275/60s so I cant go much wider.... time for a limted slip or trac loc.
True to their nature the Vortec heads pull strong right up to 5500 RPMs. I'm good with that as I dont need to rev her up an higher. She's running a 2500 stall that is a good match to the hotcam. The only worry I have now is the 700r4, although it seems to be holding up well.
