Are the 4x4 rear cross-members the same as 2-wheel drive cross-members?

I need to replace both of the rear cross-members on my '68 K10 and was wondering if 2-wheel drive cross-members will fit?

Those should be interchangable.

I heard that two wheel drives are wider in the back. I cannot tell you for sure as I have 4wds.

Thank you for the responses. Is there anyone who has used or tried to use the 2-wheel drive rear cross-members on a 4x4?

I just built my own out of 1 1/2 x2in angle, cut to length drill holes bolt to frame then stitch weld the 1/4in over lap both sides.

Making one like that might be a good alternative if I can't find one that fits. Thanks for sharing that.

I can't see the rear crossmembers being different between 2 and 4 WD the frame is the same width and you are not dealing with any steering components. It shouldn't even matter if it is the four link setup.
