Craigslist finds

I am pretty sure that we all peruse the local craigslist for our areas looking for that elusive part for our trucks. Lets consolidate those postings that we find interesting into one post. Don't post things that you have for sale on Craigslist, that should go in the FOR SALE section, but if you find something that you think is interesting.... parts or whole trucks... post it here.

I will start it out

Re: Craigslist finds

I think that is an excellent idea. Since the CL post expires after certain time, probably we should have a monthly CL post?

Re: Craigslist finds

Have you guys seen "search tempest"? You can search all Craig's list at one time. You can also set it to show the listings within a certain amount of miles from you.

Is it me or does this truck come up for sale quite often?
Seems like every few months I see it for sale.

Re: Craigslist finds

CMillet: I used to use search tempest but now I just use CL since they came with the function of searching additional cities near me.

MOD: I am not sure, it's the first time I have seen it. It looks like a nice find but I would be concerned of all the corrosion under the paint.

As has been requested in other forums that now have a permanent thread for craigslist finds, "Please post a picture of the vehicle that is for sale in the ad". If you just post the ad it may be deleted the next day when someone goes to look at it if it sells. A lot of guys look to these out of state ads "just to see what's out there and what kinda money were they asking for it".
