Checked my girlfriend's PC with a free Panda Scan recently. Over 300 tracking cookies and three Malware running in the background. Had her change all passwords after removal. Things run a lot faster now.

How often do you check yours? What program and/or scanner do you like?

I scan mine at least three times a week.
I live on my computer and am always surfing the web doing research.
I run SpybotSD, Malwarebytes, AVG antivirus, Adguard, IOBIT Antimalware, Smart Defrag, Crap Cleaner and WiseCare365.
One or two programs can't catch everything.
This way I improve my odds of keeping the computer clean.
