I am so Proud of My Granddaughter - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Last year as she was in the 8th grade and a cheer leader ,,she visited her friend cheerleader at her Home.. while there the girls father touched her in places he should not one of them being her crotch ,,and so today a year later he was arrested this morning after a court of jurors after listening to my granddaughter and the case procecutor put forth to the jury what was done to her while visiting his residence.

Other girls had this done to them and some of the girls mothers would not let their daughter get involved with going after this creep.. Even the guys own daughter told my granddaughter on her phone that he does it with all the girls that come to visit.. even his daughter says he does it to her..

My granddaughter recorded this and it was used at the trial ..

When this happened to her she right away called her mom and her mom (my daughter ) came and got her..

He is charged with 1- Lewd I Licivious with a girl under 16 years old
2- Sexual Abuse
3- Child under 16 his bail is set at $100,000

So you can see how proud I am of her to stand up against this sick guy ,,. as she has taken criticism from many of her school mates for not going to this girls home for a solid year now while they built a case against the sick b## turd

She went before a grand jury and one guy held out from voting to arrest the guy and then said that he felt preasure from the others and then he voted with the rest ,,that made it unanimous,,Her mother and us were not permitted to attend this trial .. no outsiders were let in .

The creep can now get a lawyer and fight the case and if so my grandaughter will have to go to court and testify with the creep in the court room.. when I ask her if that bothers her knowing this ,,she told me not at all ,,she feels that maybe her being strong and willing to make this guy pay for what he has done ,will encourage other girls to turn in these sick guys for what they are getting away with .

His face and name is spread over the news and also the police report and also on a site I belong to that is about the city I live in.. the moderator of the site puts all crimes of this type on the site ,,so this guys face and address shows him as a pedophile..

I do feel sorry for the creeps daughter as she is a cheer leader along with my granddaughter and this is got to be very hard for her ...she told my granddaughter that her dad has been this way all her life and thought it was just something a father does to corress her in the way he has always done it ,,

Monday will be the first day back to school for my granddaughter ,,I hope and pray that she will be treated kindly by others for standing up for the rights of young girls with creeps like this guy is . Peer preasure in schools is very evident.

Good for your granddaughter. Takes strength even many adults lack these days. I hope she can maintain that under the pressures of a trial and I know you and your family will support her all the way.

This creep and the thousands just like him I will not express my opinion as to what should happen to them but let’s just say our population would diminish in certain places. Those that harbor and stand up for them are no better.

I want to thank all of you for your kind words.. nice to have the feedback from all of you on this ,, far as I know her name was not givin out.. but,. she does attend school with the daughter of the creep and that girl and she are both cheer leaders together..

It has been a tough year for my daugher and granddaughter as her brother was killed in a auto accident in Denver just 6 months ago and he was just about to turn 18. we are included in all this as grandparents.. again my wife who I had read the replys appreciate all of you for your thoughts.

You should be proud. It takes a whole bunch of backbone and moral fiber to speak up and take a stand. She will be fine at school. She has already shown that she can stick up for herself and knows what she will (and won't) put up with.

My 12 y.o. just went through something somewhat related (didn't get physical though) at the beginning of summer. It didn't go so well for her though. It was chalked up to "boys being boys". She's just started getting out of the house with her girlfriends recently.

Good on your local law enforcement as well for not turning a blind eye.

thanks .. They arrested him ,took him to jail ,,he got out on bail and then went straight home and broke the law( he has a daughter same age as my grandaughter and he was told not to go where she is at) they followed him and arrested him again and put him in jail ,, I assume he is still there until his trial ..

He was told he was not to be anywheres close to our Granddaughter and not to be close to his own daughter,,

He went straight home as they suspected he would and they caught him and arrested hm again and now he is in jail for sure until his trial .. It makes us feel safer with hm put away..
