Converting a 4x4 to 2wd?
I've tried searching, and it seems that most of the conversions I have found are going the other way... taking a two wheel drive vehicle and converting it to 4x4.
I found what is basically the perfect crew cab to start my CCSB project, however it's a K30 and not a C30. What is involved with converting a K30 to 2wd? |

I am doing the same thing now. The rear spring hanger mounts are different (taller) and the frame rails are about a 1/2" deeper where you will mount the crossmember.Other than that the 2wd frame has indents for the control arm to clear the frame. Sofar thats all that I have found.
