Anyone recommend a good Impala Forum?
My brother has a '65 SS convertible, very nice car, but he know very little about cars, and needs a resource. Anyone have any good sites to recommend?

Searching for one myself...Most of the ones I've been on are primarily dedicated to the newer SS models.

Re: Anyone recommend a good Impala Forum?
Some I've used so far...
Good forum (actually subforum)...great bunch of guys, but the traffic there is VERY low! Might take a couple days to get answers. http://www.chevytalk.org/fusionbb/portal/index.php Don't know about this one yet...traffic seems to be light here as well. http://www.impalas.net/forums/ Mostly late model stuff here...sub forum for the older stuff. http://www.impalaforums.com/ Bits and pieces of Impala info are scattered around this one, especially if you're going to lower the car. Unfortunately the level of trash talking and wanna be gangsters (or maybe real gangsters???) is extremely high! You'll have to wade through a lot of muck to come up with something good from time to time... http://www.layitlow.com/ If anyone has some more, post em up so we can check em out!! Thanks! |

I can't help you at all, Dan.
I just wanted to say that I like your Bro's car.

Re: Anyone recommend a good Impala Forum?
I was gonna respond but see-ten beat me to it.
Those 2 are about the best I've found. I've a lot of cars and trucks, including a 65 Caprice and a 67 Impala. Chevy Talk has me covered on all my G.M. stuff! I come here because there's much more truck action! That's a really nice S.S.! Mike. Last edited by 100%Chevy; 06-26-2009 at 10:37 PM. |

I like to call mine the "Sinpala"
I've yet to find a resource for Impalas that is as good as this one is for trucks. |
