1960 SWB rebuild

Hey everyone, I've been a member for a relatively short time and haven't posted much, though I'd throw some pics up of me and my dad's build that's eventually gonna be my 8 months/year driver. Here's some pictures of it when we first bought it.
Quick description of truck before = stock suspension, brakes and steering, 3.73 rear end, crate small block V8 with not many miles on it, (don't know for sure). Torsion bars are cranked all the way down on the front, and he had blocks on the back to lower it some.

PLANS

- rear end + front end swap from an '89 suburban, putting 2" drop springs in front.
- transmission from '89 suburban (700R4)
- pwr brakes + steering
- airbag rear suspension (no onboard compressors)
- relocating fuel tank to back
- replacing '60 hood with '62 hood
- body work + full paint job

That looks like a decent truck as it is. What are your plans for it?
