no pcv what to do?
i have a 1963 c10 with factory 283. my valve covers are solid, No holes for oil fill or pcv. my oil filler is in the front of the intake. how do i handle this\?

With an in-line pcv installed between the cap on the road draft tube and the carb.

Get a set of valve covers that will allow a PVC and a breather cap install...Block off the draft tube opening. Lifter valley's are bad places to draw crank case pressure from especially on high mileage motors with blow by...

That means you can use newer covers with pcv and breather holes.
That is if you want to go that route. |
