How do I post a Picture
How do you post a Pic of your Truck. Do you need a scanner?

Yep, you have to scan your pics onto free photo-i and paste them on here. So I've been told, I don't own one myself.

The picture has to be in digital format. A scanner is one way, or a digital camera, or some places will process your pictures and return them in digital format on a CD. Once you have the digital photo file, you have to put the photo file on a server somewhere. There are several free services out there - seach the internet to find one. Once the file is on a server you display the picture in your post by placing the url of the server betweeen image tags in your message, like this:
[IMG] url.of.your.picture [/IMG].
