327/vortec heads/cam???

theres the combo woundering if it's worth it???

I understand that the heads can only take up to .500 lift so I would be looking to get the biggest bang for my buck on a winter budget ....

all I have now is a stock motor with a performer intake HEI and an edlebrock??

truck is a 2wd c 10 th350 with 3.08 gears that I'm adding pro streets to and I'm hoping to step up to 3.73 gear..I just wouldn't want to be embarassed with my mouse motor and that look

will my headers bolt up to the heads?? I know the intake is out...
any good cam ideas??

thanx
Jeff

and yea my drream is a caddy/BB but for now...........
