Question Rear Disc Brake conversion source?

While websurfing I came across some custom steel brackets to accept a caliper to convert rear drum brakes to disc, but now I cannot find that website.

Does anyone have any idea where conversion kits are sold, and if it is beneficial to seriously consider?

Also, a parts list that's needed, such as rotors and calipers, and what application to use for the rear axle???

Finally, does the brake proportioning valve still work for the discs as it does for the drums?

Lots of questions, hopefully there's some experienced rear discs out there!

Thanks, Greg.
