Hey Trev,
No these exhaust manifolds angle down at near 45 degrees at the collector. Yeah they are basically cast iron headers that are used on the 2002-2004 corvette Z06 they perform as good as smaller headers and are much cheaper  I paid 100$ for the pair of those.I am going to be trying the 2005 ls3 z06 manifolds as well I think I will get much better clearance from them since they are tight tuck factory manifolds.
