Emergancy brake cables with lift

Hi guys,
So I’ll give you a little history of my build, it’s a complete frame off build, 1972 short box 4x4 1/2 ton. The frame and all suspension components have been blasted and painted and I’m at the stage of reassembly. I have installed a 4” lift kit and I’m starting to hook my rear emergency brake cables back up, and they are about an inch too short to the bracket. Looks like I need to go from a 48” to a 52-54” cables for a nice fit that’s not stretching them, any suggestions besides having new ones made? Maybe someone has found pre-made ones that will fit and are at the longer length. I’m assuming normally the cables just get stretched during a lift install when they are still attached to the brack? Thanks Bill
