Good replacement Shocks for '89 C1500

Well, since the front clip of my truck is off right now because of the paint and body work being done I decided to replace the ball-joints and shocks on it because the ball-joints were making noises so might as well replace the shocks too. I'm going with Moog ball-joints also.

So, what are some good shocks that you all say to go with or had experience with? I was thinking KYB Gas-Adjust shocks possibly? Or the GR-2? What do y'all think?

Thanks
