Smile Time for powersteering and small lift. Engine built, post video soon

First of all, i have done alot of reading to try and answer my own question.... Can't quite put it all together though, can manage to build motors and tune efi, but suspension and steering are not my thing (limited experience, mostly jeeps lol )

Truck is 1968 k20 4x4, all stock. 44 closed knucle front, manual steering, manual brakes. 307 truck, 4.56's. HO52 in back. t221 case. 4 sp manual. 465 i assume.

I want power steering (almost broke my arm trying to wheel the truck) and am wanting to do 4 inches of lift. From what I gather I should look for a 70-72 44 front to bolt in, but do I take the steering comonents with?? pitman and drag, tie rods??? ..

Basically I am wondering what parts I need. Mostly lost in the steering dept???

Thank you for the help, and if i missed answer to my question apologies.

Will post video of pretty damn cool 307 I built for the truck. Dont hate, got complete rebuilt motor to start from for 300 bucks Add 305 081 heads, lift rule circle track cam, rpm intake, headers, good valve springs. I'll show ya

Thanks again.
