Rear Brake Line for Frame-Laying Truck

Searched and cant find what folks have been doing to get the rear brake line from the frame rail to the back of the pumpkin where it connects to the brake lines heading off to the wheels. Just buy 3/16" fittings and hard line and allow the hard line to flex for suspension travel? Was thinking I'd want something like a hard line fastened to the frame which changed to a braided stainless to allow for the flex. Any help and pics would be great.
