Bags for a c60

I am contemplating buying a 65 c60 with little to no rust from a farmer.

It's been in the field for 10 years under some trees. The paint is shot, every rubber seal is shot and the motor turns over but won't run.

I love the look of the truck and want to actually use it. But, I would like to improve the looks of it some more.

I really want to lower it but be able to haul a car if need be. What kind of bag setup would this take? Or, do I even need to bag it? A static drop would be fine with me.

Also, is there a way to switch it to discs in the front but still retain the factory wheel setup?

Thanks,
Steven
