Turn signals and reverse lights with CPP column

Howdy guys, I've completely restored my 68' c10 but I've yet to finish wiring my new CPP tilt steering column. I have a black wire with a green connecter which i think is for the reverse lights. Other than that i have this problem, when i step on the brake both of my turn signals up front come on, yet my neither of my turn signals work when i use the turn signal "stick". I've had them working before i put the new column in but i don't know what the deal is. Any help would be appreciated !
