Question, 85 1 ton dually, 454, SM 465. With stock drivetrain, will it handle 600 HP?

Thinking about dropping one of these in, just as a fun, f**k around truck

I'd much rather have a 400 for the tranny but it is what it is. Am I just dreaming or would this work? I know the 3 useable gears, mated up to the 4:11 rear end, may be an issue. I defer to y'all with much more knowledge than I. Opinions, good or bad welcome.
